“Where the hell am I?”

Hi there! ^^ The names Roy and your at Blueplains Anime Source where I let all my thoughts out and do reviews on both figures and gunpla. I also do other little shenanigans as well like photography and talk about my life being an Otaku in America. Being an Otaku is a person making love with Japan or at least interested in Japanese related things and with that I welcome you to Blueplains

…O..K but what is Blueplains?

Blueplains is my little get-away from reality and it’s also a place where I can yap about otaku related stuff like Anime and figures without getting weird faces ^^ I started this blog on July 14th back in 08 when I was heavily influenced by a weird guy who dances in Tokyo while wearing a Storm Trooper outfit. He’s Danny Choo and is the most famous Otaku in the world. Anyways somewhere along the line the blog headed into a brick wall and I disappeared (and abandoned) this blog and the blog-o-sphere for a whole 6 months. I don’t know why I left but probably due to school and returning to teenage life. I came back around the end of February and since been getting my butt back in gear and making up for lost times. I don’t plan on leaving any time soon

Does your blog have any goals?

Yes it does but more may arise in the future depending on how this blog turns out to be. My main goal would be to show off gundams and figures equally. By equally I mean making their shadows the same length and not shining the sun more on one than the other. Doesn’t seem like too hard of a goal but believe me it is very hard to maintain it. I love gundams and figures equally and I wouldn’t want to segregate ether one by turning this to an all figure or all gundam site.

Edit: New Side Quest! Try to raise the popularity of the new Kotobukiya Zoids by showing them off  and spreading word. Help me spread the word too or better yet, buy some models!

Well who are you and what do you do?

Me? Well I’m currently a student in Sarasota, Florida. My names David but I go by Roy in most cases for some reason. I’m just your typical 16 year old with no job or girlfriend, that you find in most cities around the world. I’m an hispanic by the way so don’t be callin me a redneck you hear?^^ My goal in life is to be a Marine Biologist because I love the ocean and the life it contains. I also play the gitah and makes songs of my own as well as other little tidbits that have nothing to do with my blog ^^

…Great! One more question. Whats with the name Blueplains?

xD Don’t really know why I stuck with that name or how I came up with it. Blueplains is my idea of the ocean^^ That’s it. I’m referring to a day where their is no winds and the ocean stayed calm hence plains since their flat. It has a meaning to it but it’s hard to explain ^^Added the Anime Source at the end for it to be more legit and related to Anime.
